I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate what you do. I have been a Scamble subscriber for around a year and a half. We use at least 4 (usually all 5) of your meals every week. The food is yummy and I love serving new things. It has provided a true boost to my own morale -- I am a working mom but still manage to put a good meal on the table most nights of the week. The scramble has absolutely changed my entire family's eating habits and has allowed me to feel like a better mom! In the past 3 months that I have been a subscriber, my kids (ages 7, 5 and 18 mo.) have been more adventurous to trying new things (we had a contest at the beginning) and the "kid food" dinners are now at a minimum. I love this service. It has actually CUT down on my grocery bill as I no longer shop for what sounds good, stuff it in the crisper and forget about it until it is too late.  I now buy only what I need.  I've also lost weight and feel good about serving healthier meals. I am loving the scramble. Your concept and execution are brilliant. I checked out several of the other menu planning services out there and yours was the best one for me.  I think The Scramble may be the only such service written by someone with a love of food and cooking!
